Contact
Everything on jc-church.org is published in writing, and writing is also the way to reach us: there is no form on this page, no telephone number, and nothing here that commits us to a particular kind of answer. If you have a question about something we have published, a correction to suggest, or a request concerning the use of material from the site, send it by email or by post using the details below. Plain text is fine; a short message that names the page you are writing about is usually easier to act on than a long one that does not.
Correspondence address
155 Calle Ravenscroft
22611 San José
Costa Rica
The address above is for correspondence. Letters and documents sent to it reach us; callers do not, as it is not a public office or a place to visit.
What to include
If your message concerns a specific page, the full address of that page — copied from your browser — saves a round of questions. If you are pointing out an error, it helps to say which sentence or figure is wrong and, where possible, what the correct information is. If you are asking about reproducing text or images from the site, say where the material would appear and in what form. Attachments are not necessary for most enquiries; a description in the body of the message is enough to start with.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help with disputes about an account at a gambling operator — those go to the operator and, failing that, to its regulator. This covers closed or locked accounts, withheld withdrawals, bonus terms, verification documents, and any claim for money. Nothing published here gives us standing in such a matter, and writing to us instead of to the operator will only cost you time. The same applies to requests to intervene on someone’s behalf, to contact an operator for them, or to act as an intermediary in a complaint.
For anything else — questions about the site itself, its contents, or how its material may be used — the email address and the postal address above are the two channels we maintain.
